How do I return or exchange an item of my order that I'm not completely satisfied with?
I'm sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your article received! Perhaps the size is not correct, the color is not as good at your hair color, the model is not so nice ... No worries! Free return:
You can always return your online purchase within 14 days of receipt, free of charge and without specific reason, by bringing the item into a branch of your choice. If you want to return a full order, you will immediately return the value of the returned items after a successful check of the items. Any shipping charges you have paid will also be refunded. If you want to return a part of your order, you will immediately return the value of the returned items after a successful check of the items. The possible shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchange in store:
You can also exchange the item for another item in the store.

Return at your own expense:
You can preferably send the article together with the return form to.

Exchange is not possible if you choose a return to the headquarters. Shipping costs are only refunded on return of full order. Thanks to the return form we can work very quickly and we know immediately what package with which customer belongs. Please note: We ask you to complete the return form completely. Also, make sure you return the return shipment when returning an item. If your return shipment is not paid out sufficiently, we will have to deduct these direct return charges when refunding your return.
You will be refunded the amount of the returned item to your account upon receipt of the item in our logistics center and after a successful check. Therefore, always note your account number clearly legible on the return form.

Here are the steps that will take place when you make a refund:

1. Return your return shipping to NL and save the shipping receipt.
2. Your package will be sent by Post NL to our return center.
3. Your return shipment will be checked.
4. After a successful check, the amount of the returned item will be refunded to your account.

Do I have a warranty on my articles?
We strive for useful and durable items. Therefore, for all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. This means that an article must be in good condition and should function properly in normal use. If a product is broken by a production defect, this is covered by our warranty. Then you can enter the product together with the return form in a branch of your choice or return
